Samantha Pascual’s broadcasting career began in 1998 when she was the first female Program Director at KSFS/San Francisco State University’s radio station. 

Most of her radio experience has been in programming. “I love developing a station into a brand that is able to reflect the audience’s taste and lifestyle’ says Pascual.  Her resume includes stints as Asst. Operations Manager at KABL/ San Francisco and a producer at KIOI/ San Francisco. It was during her time at KKSF, San Francisco as Music Director, where she started working on websites.  

In 2003, Samantha moved to Los Angeles to become the Music Director and Asst. Program Director at the “Wave”, KTWV/Los Angeles.  In 2006, Samantha made the difficult decision to leave the “Wave”, to become Program Director of KOAS, Las Vegas. The stations ratings rose from 18th to 3rd place in her first ratings book there.

Samantha has been nominated a few times for both Smooth Jazz Music Director and Smooth Jazz Program Director of the Year by Radio & Records.
